Van Fleet Services

The Van Request Form allows you to request or cancel a vehicle request. Remember, vehicles are scheduled on first come, first serve basis, so please plan ahead.

The Drive Authorization Application includes a drive authorization form and a copy of the vehicle pool guidelines.

The MVR Policy lists the guidelines for determining whether or not a driver will be authorized to borrow an HWS vehicle.
