HWS Information Technology Services Bulletin Number: 2008-33Date: September 10, 2008Title: MFD Scan to E-mail Feature Description: Information Technology Services and Xerox have isolated a network problem that is affecting the MFD (Multifunction Device) Scan to E-mail feature. We have a corrective action for this problem and are currently correcting the network settings on each MFD. Your MFD needs to be turned on for this solution to work. All other MFD functions are still operational. Estimated time impacted: Wednesday, September 10, 2008 - Thursday, September 12, 2008.
