Contact IT Services

There is a single point of contact for all IT Services requests and that’s the help desk. For assistance, call ext. 4357 (from off-campus dial (315) 781-4357) or e-mail the Help Desk.

The staff of Information Technology Services is focused on bringing to you the best academic and administrative computing services possible.

Information Technology Services offices are located primarily in Williams Hall. Other IT Services offices include Classroom and Event Support in the library basement and Instructional Technology in Gulick Hall Room 206. Hours of operation are listed below.

Hours

» Office Hours Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. (academic year);
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (summer break) (Closed for lunch, noon – 1 p.m.)

» Student Help Desk Hours  Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.; Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Closed for lunch noon – 1 p.m.)

» Off Hours Support: Sunday – Saturday: 5 p.m. – 8:29 a.m.
