E-mail Upgrade

Letter to the HWS Community

To all HWS E-mail Users:

Information Technology Services will perform an upgrade of the Colleges’ current e-mail system from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007.  This upgrade will keep our e-mail infrastructure current and allows us to continue to receive support from our hardware and software providers.  The upgrade will also provide Web mail users with increased functionality.

To help facilitate the upgrade to the HWS e-mail system, we have created some documentation with frequently asked questions and basic information about the features of the Webmail interface. If you have any questions about the upgrade or e-mail access, please contact the Help Desk by phone at 315-781-4357 (ext. 4357/HELP) or by email at helpdesk@hws.edu.
