

File Restore Request
Use this form when you need to restore accidentally deleted files from the network.
Backups of the HWS network are performed daily (starting at 5:30 p.m.). Daily backups are kept for two weeks, weekly backups are kept for a month, and quarterly backups are kept for a year. Please note that restores can only be done for files saved on the network. We encourage users to regularly backup files stored on local drives.
