Print Manager

In order to proactively manage excessive printing and its associated cost, the Colleges have implemented a program which allows the management of printing by all students using any student computer laboratories. These areas include Gulick 208 and all library labs (MM Lab, BI Lab, all night study lab and rooms 2009, 2010, 3009 and 3010.

Students receive a $15 credit at the beginning of each term. This is equivalent to 300 black & white pages at $.05 per page, or 60 pages of color printing at $.25 per page or any combination that equals $15. Once the credit has been depleted, students may choose to purchase additional credits.

Print credit balance information is provided when printing from any lab printer. To purchase additional print credits, e-mail the help desk at helpdesk@hws.edu. Print credits will be added by the help desk during normal business hours.

The help desk in Williams Hall is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the library help desk is open Monday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
