Computer Repairs

IT Services offers computer software troubleshooting and repair at a nominal charge that will be added to the student's account. For Gateway and IBM computers purchased through the Colleges, hardware replacement and repair will be completed free-of-charge. Please refer to the following pricing guide for all other services. NOTE: Prices are only for labor and do not include the cost of parts, which may vary depending on where the parts are purchased.

If you have problems authenticating your computer, you may bring it to the IT Services help desk, located in Williams Hall. There is a $25 setup fee, which will be billed to your student account. Alternatively, you can attend one of our clinics to learn how to go through the network authentication process and update your system yourself. Clinics are held periodically throughout the year (sessions will be announced as they are held).
