Flying into the Geneva area

Hobart and William Smith Colleges, located in Geneva, NY, are serviced by three airports:

Geneva is approximately 43 from Ithaca, 55 miles from Syracuse, and 45 miles from Rochester. While these airports are more or less equidistant from Geneva, we recommend flying into Rochester because of flight availability and better rates.

HWS Shuttle

The conference organizers are arranging for a scheduled shuttle service to and from the Greater Rochester International Airport for $30 round trip. To ensure efficient running, conference participants are asked to book by Sept.1st. Shuttle will only run with a minimum of 4 registered people. Please complete the Shuttle Registration form and send completed form along with payment before Sept. 1st, to:
