HWS President Mark D. Gearan was quoted in a news story in advance of former President Bill Clinton's visit to RIT on Wednesday, Dec. 14.

Footage from a visit by President Clinton and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton to the HWS campus was featured in the Channel 13 report on that anticipated visit. With Paychex founder Tom Golisano, the former president toured the campus, meeting with faculty, staff and students. They also attended a Buffalo Sabres hockey game that night. The team is owned by Golisano, who has been touted as a Republican candidate for governor.
