The clubs and organizations available to students range from intramural sports to religious clubs, from clubs focusing on the arts or the press to clubs focusing on community service, social activism, or intercultural exposure. For sophomore, junior, and senior Hobart students, fraternities are also open for admittance. To start a club, visit the Office of Student Activities.
The intramural program provides such activities as touch football, basketball, volleyball, softball, and a host of other team and individual sports. The program is run by Russ Hess, director of the Sports and Recreation Center.
